Tips to Help Prevent Skin Damage:

1. Use a sunscreen with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of at least 15 and apply to all areas of the skin exposed to the sun, including the lips.

2. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours, especially on sunny days or when swimming.

3. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.
